Cheesecake needs no introduction‼️‼️‼️ When American modern cheesecake falls in love with traditional Indian Kaju katli, this culinary delight is born. This fusion dessert is made of 3 layers, each layer is homemade from scratch,

1)Base layer– Homemade Whole wheat flour cardamom cookies crumbled,
2)Middle layer-Eggless, jaggery fused Cream cheese filing,
3)Top layer – Homemade Beetroot Carrot Kaju Katli crumbled,
Garnished with slivered pistachios.

Like any other goodies from MIDAS TOUCH, this is too, eggless, made with whole wheat flour, jaggery, with no artificial colours. the red kaju katli derives its color naturally from beetroot.

Shelf life: One week in Refrigerator.

Serving Instructions: If the Tub is taken directly from the refrigerator, let it rest on the counter for 30 mins minimum, to cool down to room temperature before consuming. This helps the butter in the cookies to melt down and make it easy to scoop from down. Best way to consume any layered cake/dessert is to scoop it from the bottom to enjoy all the 3 taste profiles together.
