If you have leftover Peas Kheer in any case… ðĪŠ, an easy way to clear the stock is to make a milkshake with ripened banana or mango. According to the quantity of leftover kheer, add the fruit of your choice, then add few drops of honey or a scoop of ice cream to enhance the flavour. Kids will be enthralled by the idea of milkshake…ðđðđðđ

Add deskinned mango pulp to the blender jar.
Then, add the remaining leftover Peas kheer to it.
Add required ice cubes and a scoop of ice cream.
Whip in the blender jar till a frothy layer is formed. Add some milk if required. I kept it optional as the leftover quantity differs for everyone, if needed you include the quantity as required.
Again whip till a uniform texture is achieved.
Lip-smacking milkshake is ready to feast your family and kids. Incredible transformation of kheer into a milkshakeðĨĪðĨĪðĨĪ
