If you have leftover Peas Kheer in any case… 🤪, an easy way to clear the stock is to make a milkshake with ripened banana or mango. According to the quantity of leftover kheer, add the fruit of your choice, then add few drops of honey or a scoop of ice cream to enhance the flavour. Kids will be enthralled by the idea of milkshake…🍹🍹🍹

Add deskinned mango pulp to the blender jar.
Then, add the remaining leftover Peas kheer to it.
Add required ice cubes and a scoop of ice cream.
Whip in the blender jar till a frothy layer is formed. Add some milk if required. I kept it optional as the leftover quantity differs for everyone, if needed you include the quantity as required.
Again whip till a uniform texture is achieved.
Lip-smacking milkshake is ready to feast your family and kids. Incredible transformation of kheer into a milkshake🥤🥤🥤
