I had 3 cups of Turmeric Rice left. Run it dry in the blender and churn it.
Transfer this into a wide bowl.
Add half a cup of ragi flour.
Half a cup of rice flour.
And one cup of wheat flour.
Add a tsp of ginger garlic paste, a cup of finely chopped mix veggies( I used cabbage, carrot, beans). Then add required salt, a tbsp of red chilli powder, half a cup of finely chopped mint, coriander.
Mix well and roughly add a cup of water to knead into a soft dough.
Apply some oil to cover the dough, avoid drying.
Smear some oil on your hand, pinch some dough and roll into a ball (orange-sized) and flatten with your fingers on a greased plastic film (better to use banana leaf).
Then flip it on a hot pan.
Cook on both sides in medium flame, drizzle some oil to cook evenly.
Your healthy pancakes are ready!
