Navratri is very close to my heart as it celebrates & honour the Shakthi/Divine Feminine. This 9-day celebration ends with the celebration of the pinnacle victory of Durga, as Vijayadasami.

Malpua, a sweetened pancake, is the best offering to Tridevis during Navratri. Here, I incorporated Banana, as it’s the perfect offering to God. It has evolved with various recipes & ingredients across Indian subcontinent. It’s best served when hot along with Rabri. I prepared Banana Rabri which very well complemented the Banana Malpua.
