Next comes RAGI CHOCO HALWA in the MILLET HALWA series of the Diwali season. Finger millet/Ragi is a super healthy millet with a lot of health benefits. I have shared its benefits in Fingermillet/Ragi kali/mudde, Healthy Ragi/Fingermillet Idli, Instant Ragi Rava Dosa.
Do not wonder when your kids who are fussy about millets and its taste, ask for more servings after tasting this halwa…😉😍. You’ll thank me for this utterly delicious treat…😍❤
Let’s move on to this recipe. Ragi has an earthy flavour which I complemented with this cocoa powder to give a chocolaty touch. Here, I used sprouted ragi flour, you can choose the flour according to your availability. All my millet sweet recipes, I used jaggery powder, you can also use white sugar or cane sugar.
This simple recipe involves basic ingredients available in your kitchen cabinets. Process is as simple even a newbie can ace through it.
